Dear Mr Timofeev, I'm very sorry your experience working with Marta and Myself wasn't positive. There are always two sides to every story and here's what I recall. You purchased your house with Marta, it was a beautiful new home on a street surrounded by older lesser valued homes. A year later you decided to move and asked Marta to sell your house, you insisted it was worth over a million dollars even though you had just purchased it for $907,000. Marta warned you about over pricing it and it was listed at $995,000. Marta spared no expense marketing your home, beautiful website, social media, open houses for the public and real estate agents. You were reluctant to lower the price and eventually blamed Marta for the reason your house was not selling. When we released you from our listing contract you hired another Realtor, lowered the price by $125,000 and it sold for $775,000. So I guess in the end Marta was correct and unfortunately you found out the hard way and felt compelled to blame and disparage Marta, myself and RE/MAX. We have no hard feelings and wish you well!
